Testing Stamp

Each item that passes both the electrical test and visual inspection is stamped with a variety of information, including:

• Your assigned company number (used to distinguish your equipment from another company),
• The item number (Left-hands are odd, right-hands are even. Example: 27 and 28 are a pair.),
• The date the test was performed,
• The test voltage (expressed in kilovolts AC), and
• Employee number (optional for additional charge).

When an item arrives to our facility for the first time, a left hand glove for example, it is entered into our database and assigned a unique identifier.  This number is entered into our proprietary software for every retest and is used for tracking purposes for the entire life of the glove.
